I need a click-to-call client/server web via skype project built that has 3 elements:
1) admin web interface and flat file db (there will never be very many users, under 50) that creates/deletes/modifies users (users will actually be unique client installations), reports calls made by/connected by users, and as much call detail as possible
2) server app & config file (dont care what language, .cgi or php or java whatever) that accepts web page button click and pops up a form for the web page visitor to enter their name and phone number to be called on (like the other click-to-call apps u see on web pages). See [login to view URL] for a similar application (right edge of page). Then the web server app needs to respond to its correlating client app (web page html call needs to include correct client installation/user ID that is to be contacted/run) and send a visual popup to the client pc notifying the operator at the client app pc that there is a call request, and auto-launching skype on the client app PC with the phone number that is to be called back pre-populated and ready to initiate the call...the operator then has 60 seconds or whatever to manually intitate that call. If not, the web page visitor is visually notified that there is no live operator available and is asked to use the form instead. if the call IS initiated, all of this data is logged to the admin db.
3) client app that runs as a user (as created in admin web interface/db) on a client PC and includes in its config file installation/user ID and correct url where server app resides/runs so it always knows where to look for it, plus skype user/pass info that is needed to launch skype.
So this should allow deployment via any web page or banners as script that invokes the server app and includes the user ID as an argument.
