We need to customize an installation of vbulletin to do the following: 1. When a new user registers, the registration form will ask for the "account ID" 2. The account will automatically activate after querying another (external) database to see if the account ID has an active subscription attached to it. 3. If it does not have an active subscription, it will not be activated. 4. The account ID will be stored in a new part of the vbulletin database so it can easily be matched to the vbulletin account. 5. You need to create a script which we can call remotely to disable accounts. (i.e. [url removed, login to view] So, here is an example workflow User registers for new vbulletin account with username george and account ID 6377 Vbulletin's server queries the other database to see if the account ID exists, if it does, the account is created in vbulletin. If it does not, the account is not created. A month later, we want to disable the account ID 6377, so we call [url removed, login to view] and it disables ALL vbulletin users using that account ID. (I say all because a single user may register for multiple accounts)
