I need a small slide show utility that is a screen divided up into 8 “frames??. These 8 frames will be photos. There should be a black background and no title bar at the top. It should be a full screen view. Make it so if you push the F12 key it opens up the settings window. The utility should “watch?? a folder for new images being saved into it. 3 of the frames should be the newest 3 images saved into the folder. The other five can just rotate between all of the images in the folder. All of these pictures should rotate frame places. I don’t want the same images staying in the same place all the time (especially the 3 newest ones). They should move around with the same pace of the rotation of images. If a vertical image is saved in the folder it should be reduced proportionally to fit into the height of the frame with just black filling in the space behind the image.
It should show JPEG images.
This will be projected using a LCD projector so it should be able to work at either 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x1024 screen resolutions. Can you make it auto recognize what resolution the screen is at or make it fit the screen it is on. Remember that this will be on an extended desktop mode of a dual monitor system.
The settings window should have a area to set the watched folder. It should have a speed setting for the rotation of the images. Make the default 3 seconds. (so… every three seconds the frames should re-populate keeping the three newest ones somewhere within the 8 frames)
