OSCommerce B2B Loaded Expert Needed for Enhancements

Owner of an online ecommerce OScommerce Loaded B2B ver 6.2 [8]. I have two sites that are running the same exact platform. on two servers. I need the following enhancements to both sites: There are contributions for most of these enhancements but they may be for a different version of OSCommerce. I am looking for an expert that would already be familiar with making contributions work for my version of OSCommerce and has a gameplan for making the enhancements with minimal downtime (preferably none). One site is heavily in PPC and getting orders daily. The other site is not PPC but does get orders almost daily. This is what I need (we can have discussion to see what you can do and what you think.) I am looking for a professional that will be super responsive, has done this work before, will backup entire sites before completing work. I am an IT Business Analyst so I have a great understanding on how IT projects should work and I will answer any questions almost immediately. I am online all day and night. ## Deliverables ALL ITEMS WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED ON THE TWO ALMOST IDENTICAL SITES. 1. Complete backups of both sites before work is done. (One of the hosts has a backup utility in Cpanel which I think I have already completed) the other site host does not. (This is just in case something goes wrong, I want to make sure we can get back to current state and I am sure as a programmer you should want all of the original files backed up.) 2. USPS labels contribution. I need an easier way of creating USPS labels without copying and pasting the information into the USPS website for each address. 95% of my shipping is USPS Priority mail where I use Click and Ship. I have seen a contribution that says that it will automatically transfer the info to USPS but no details on exactly how it works. Need you input on this one. Someone that has worked on the module and knows what I am talking about. Nice to have would be to update the order to shipped and include label. Need some input as to what you have done and how it works because I can't find any info on the contribution. 3. Product inventory at the attribute level. There is also a contribution for this. Basically, I have sizes for each one of my products. The current inventory quantity at the product level does not help. I also want an enhancement to the contribution which will allow some sort of message on product information if a particular size is out of stock. I am thinking that some sort of db check for the product looking for where inventory is <1 and a message on the product information page stating Small is out of stock and possibly when it will be back in stock or what the lead time is if ordered. 4. javascript on product information page that makes sure a customer selects a size on the page before they put item in shopping cart. The attribute drop down defaults to please select so if person tries to add item to cart with please select selected, they would get popup to pick the size. This is probably pretty easy but I don't have the time to do. 5. Remove gift voucher faq link from information infobox. BONUS ITEM - May put into a separate project but let me know if you are interested or can complete: I need a photo gallery that will allow my customers to: 1. Upload a picture of their dog wearing my pet gear on to the site 2. Answer a few questions that I would layout in the form 3. submit to me so I can edit/approve/deny. If I approve, it shows up in a nice way that fits into my site and is pleasing to the eye from a gallery link from the home page. Not sure on the best way to present a photo gallery whether it would be small thumbnails (more than one page) where a person clicks on the thumbnail, then the larger image appears with the information they filled out being pulled from a sql server db. This could follow the same model as product image thumbnails and then the informational page. The approve/deny could be like the link manager but it would be the photo plus the answers to the question. I am sure a php master could come up with something here. We can discuss more in detail. 6) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 7) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 7. Minimum site disruption Only reply if you have actually completed these contributions before and have excellent knowledge of what is being asked. I also will be looking into your reference.
