A Graphic Designer Wanted

Description: I'm looking for one motivated, creative and talented graphic designer to work for my project. This position will start ASPS. Compensation: Assessed on a job to job basis

Your responsibilities will include the following:

For our Listings:

* Design brochures

* Design Menus

* Design logos, sometimes single-page websites

* Design outdoor signage, brochures

* Floorplans and picture touch-ups

* Design marketing e-mails and send to the brokerage community

* Design Just Listed direct mailers

For our Pitches:

* Property research for photos, floorplans and descriptions

* Layout, print and put together the property specific brochure

* Create New Development or resale packages

Other:

* business card and more
