We are setting up a call center as an expansion of our Software House. We are looking for a functional consultant who is experienced with setting up a call centers to handle both telemarketing as well as support campaigns.
You will be required to detail out the hardware and software requirements, the architectural setup, and be able to come up with a alternative solutions.
The call centers will be based in Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Pakistan and Philippines. A regional experience would hence be preferred.

Dear All, Thank you all for your response, However, let me clarify the requirements I have. Right now, we are not looking for a consultant to set up the actual call center. Our requirement at the moment is a feasibility/cost report for setting up a Call center. Considering the fact that the equipment can be procured globally, but other resources need to be obtained locally, I need someone who has experiance or knowledge about the exact markets I require, i.e Saudi Arabia, Philippines, and Pakistan . The scope of this projects covers a cost breakdown for each region, detailing the equipments, connectivity options and costs in that region.
