This project is simple. RECREATE using HTML or whatever method you want (Flash?) to mimic the "scoreboard summary bar" from NBA.com. See the attachment below for a photo of what the "scoreboard summary bar" is.
This is what my webpage looks like: [url removed, login to view]
Your scoreboard summary bar will REPLACE the one on that page. If I accept your bid, I will send you the PHP file that dynamically generates this page (it updates every day to reflect the scores of recently played games).
Basically, in your "scoreboard summary bar" I want:
1) Team name/abbreviation (I can supply you with list)
2) Game score (with game winner highlighted in color, use blue for now, but I want to be able to change it later)
3) Links from your scoreboard summary bar to the MATCHING game's box score on MY page
4) Updated game scores to reflect the scores of ongoing/currently playing games or recently played games
Usually, weekday games start around 7:30pm EST and weekend games start in the afternoon, possibly as early as 1:30pm EST. Your scoreboard summary bar should start showing today's games' score when there are games starting. If no games have started just show the scores from yesterday's games.
If there are too many games to fit in the width of the website please utilize a horizontal scrolling bar.
I want you to recreate the [url removed, login to view]'s "scoreboard summary bar" in terms of FUNCTIONALITY. Your work might also look similar in FUNCTION to the "scoreboard summary bar" near the top of ESPN's page:
<[url removed, login to view]>.
See attached pictures in the zipped file for close-up photo of [url removed, login to view]'s and [url removed, login to view]'s "scoreboard summary bar".
