Drupal 6.x Theme edit and Views Theming

I have a drupal installation and theme that needs some work. Most of the work will be fairly simple CSS and theming of views. Demo page is at: [url removed, login to view] I have a test server, but require the bidder to work from their own environment. What I need: [url removed, login to view] Turn this Views page to look somewhat like the format seen here: [url removed, login to view] Don't need the rating stars, just the general layout. I need a suggestion on how to possibly add an image to this view and from the events node. Would a category block be possible with a views block? Editing of the top video block on the home page and it's current functionality. Currently the block is split into two parts on the tpl level and I need the block to be one whole part with all content editable from the block level.
