I have an incomplete image spider that is stalled. I had another programmer who started the project, and had it working to some degree, but was an idiot and did not put the proxy in place and it ended up getting the spider blocked.
Furthermore, some of the imagehosts make it harder, so he says, for a spider to grab the images. I have invested over $1500 in the program that links my membership area, to a central console so that I can make sure I do not save the same images.
I grabs all the images, based on parameters... today, two weeks ago, 10 pages worth, on different forum or bulletin boards. Collects the pictures, and saves them with the subject headers so I know who is who. Then I log into a central console. I then delete what I already have, and save what I don't to upload later. There are some more features that autosubmit to my ftp, but that is not necessary.
Now, before you think of bidding on this.
A: You are coming in to FIX this program. Meaning, get the spider to pull from the main image hosts on the sites I give you.
B. I am not going to start from scratch at this point. I have over $1500 invested in this, and it did work at one point. I have other projects, and CMS's that need to be done before I worry about a complete rebuild.
C. You must build in a proxy, or way to cloak the url so that the image host can not see the program pulling images and easily block it.
D. **This software is ours.** You are fixing it, and may be the replacement coder to maintain it. Nothing more. If we find copies, or theft. We prosecute the full extent of the law, and notify everyone from your host, registrar, and coding sites.
E. We only consider **top coders** for this project. If you have anything below a 9, and no projects over $1000, or any missing status reports. Don't bother. I can assure you that you will not be picked.
You can find a more **detailed expectations** from coder, and designers I pick via this link.

I own this program. You do not get rights of any kind to it, and should I find a version later. You will be reported, and prosecuted. We develop a number of websites, and tools. They are not for you to be stealing.
