Joomla - Design Integration & Product Database(repost)

I have a wireframe design for a site that will need to be created in Joomla. I'm looking for somebody with very good knowledge of Joomla, php, and ideally good proficiency with Ajax as well. *** Phase 1, this project, can be all or PART of below. The most important thing initially is the implementation of the wireframe / design. *** The site is for a product that exists in many configurations - think of lego pieces - you can assemble lego pieces in various different ways to create a product that suits your need. So the site will show off commonly used applications for this product (categories), and then each category will show 'common configurations'. We will need to create a database of the available components of the product, their specifications, and then show the 'common configurations' products by pulling the individual pieces from the database. I have screen shots, and much clarifying detail available for you if based on this somewhat generic description you feel that you have the capabilities to work with me on this. This is intended as the first phase of an ongoing project. In the second phase (not part of this project / bid) we will use the same database to create an actual 'product configurator', allowing visitors to build their own custom product solution based on the available components. Looking for some Ajax also to change page content without having to refresh - if that is something you can work with. The configurator is a key component, to show the visitor how the mast is configured depending on their application. I have been on RAC many years with perfect feedback, and would like to find more long term developers. To me this project would be a good test to see if we work well together. I have a phase II for this project (advanced configurator), 40 e-commerce sites that have to be built in OSC, and a few other Joomla projects.
