I have a website design that was professionally created within Photoshop, and I would like to have a website of the exact .psd created within the "About" page of my blog. Our blog is setup with a custom wordpress template called quickpic, the blog background, blog title and image header under blog title, are not to be affected by the code created within the about us page. The template is set up that the about us page fits exactly within the template’s restrictions and the blog title is immediately above the “about us?? page code. See <[url removed, login to view]> as an example. From time to time we go into the blog and change some of the text, so coding within best practices is appreciated so when we edit the text a little and the word length is slightly different, we do not want the page to alter undesirably.
Attached you will find an image to determine how difficult it will be. We will be providing a .psd for you to cut up, as well as a word doc with keyterms to be used to name all images used and alt tag them similarly as well.
I am a novice web designer but have spent several years in IT, and now am a professional blogger. The blog is already setup and I will be available to provide login information as well as ftp access. A zipped file with everything will be included within the ftp after a bid is accepted.
The website must be designed with reference to local css folders, image folders, images, web forms (if applicable) etc. This means when referencing an image please do not make it specific to a domain as I may be taking and removing the pages between blogs as I test responses on different domains. If this doesn't make sense please contact me for details, but the gist is that I want this about page and its contents to be easily movable.
I have attached one pdf showing the project. I will make available all images and .psd within the pdf if we agree on a rate. If this project is completed quickly and to satisfaction I have many other projects that are very similar that are also ready to be done.
Special concern. Our video and audio streams from amazoncloud in order to make the files movable and to decrease our bandwidth usage. To date we have not been able to determine how to prohibit the video and audio streaming files from automatically buffing as soon as the page loads in a browser ??" affectively taking 10+seconds on high speed internet, to load the page. Our solution thus far to inhibit this slow speed is to instead have an image overlaying the video player and audio players. When the images are clicked the video and audios then reference the player to open in the same location as the audio or video player. This is an acceptable solution for us, if you do not understand be visit <[url removed, login to view]> and view the videos or simply contact me for details.
Special concern. Our site needs to load as quickly as possible. When chopping up the .psd file please be sure all images are as small as possible without decreasing the quality too much. The website background will be “fixed?? meaning that background image doesn’t move when the viewer scrolls down the page.
