Magento Shopping Cart, Customer Portal, and FedEx Integration for 2 sites

Please see the PDF attachment for a one page summary of what we are looking for in this project. We will select the coder that reads the job requirements carefully and responds with a specific plan of action to acheive these goals in the most complete and cost effective way.

I currently own a passport and visa expediting business. There are two main websites and both are currently administered with Wordpress in terms of content. We don't currently accept any orders online. Customers go to our website, print out the paperwork from a PDF document, fill it out by hand, and FedEx it to us. The preferred solution is to have the customer go to our site, click a "Start Order" button, select the type of order from a drop down menu, then immediately enter their order info, and on the order confirmation page, alert them that their customized instructions have been emailed to them including the FedEx label for shipping to us. This project is intended to allow us to begin taking orders online via a magento shopping cart. But it's more than just a basic cart.

- Install a magento store on both websites (see attached PDF for more details)

- Create a customer login portal using the Magento features so order history, tracking numbers, receipts can be viewed by existing customers.

- Integrate a referral program via the Magento cart to track incoming clicks from partners

- Make sure all order details from Magento are compatible with the Webgility ECC program (see attached PDF)

- Cloning of another site to copy the order flow, and emailed paperwork + FedEx label from confirm page (See PDF).

- Slight redesign of the homepages to allow for the login, register, logout, and also Start Order buttons.

Please keep in mind cost to install, continuing costs (license fees for example), functionality, ease of use, and ease of updates in the future when coming up with the best solution. Feel free to recommend the solution that you think will work best. Please respond with a specific email regarding the proposed solution. We will delete generic form responses.

## Deliverables

When reading the attached file. Please know that we will be able to install the webgility solution for synchronizing the shopping cart data with our quickbooks company accounting software. All you should worry about is that whatever shopping cart you choose as your preferred solution is compatible with webgility's ECC software, there are many to choose from that are...
