We have a Windows 2003 Server that we need to be set up as a print server.? Also, need a web application (I have alrady done the front end interface) where employees on the network can fill out a form, choose a department, and submit and their message will print on that department's network printer.? All of our network printers are HP and hoping that all can just use the universal HP print driver.
Attached? is? a screenshot of the HTML page I created that has all the form elements on it.? As far as the print server setup, just need to now how that can be done.? Should I just set them all up as local printers or what?
As far as the HTML form, I need to know where to post, etc.

Please keep in mind that this app will need to have a way to handle queuing mulitple submissions if two or more people submit the form at the same time. I doubt it would be more than two or three people at the "exact" same time but could happen. There are 800 people sending approximately 250 messages a day. As I noted before, will also need a way to log date, time, IP address, sent to for each message that is sent for up to one year.

Also, this will not require users to login. I realize that means that the only identification we can use in teh logs are date, time, IP address, and whot he message was sent to. I am ok with that. Thee users have enough usernames and passwords to remember. Also, is there a way it can be developed so that there can be a limit like "no more than 10 meassages sent from the same IP address in 5 minutes." or something like that just as a security precaution. Not sure if that is asking a lot or not. Thanks.
