C# .NET 2.0 Small Component(repost)

I need a small component that do the same as the vehicule flash scroll located here:? <[login to view URL]>

Here the spec:

1. create a collection that can contains an images, labels for make, model, year KM and Price. and a link that will point to a specific url and also a position in the scroll (1 to 10).

all the area should be clickable.

the control should be then able to display the first 4 vehicule/product then having scroll o the left and right to navigate thru all the vehicule.

all effect should be hold into a CSS class.

No flash should be used only C# for .NET 2.0 using visual studio 2005.

Coding Standart:

All Global Variable should be prefixed with : m_

All function entry parameters should be prefixed with e

all function should have a summary tag with relevant information.

all local variable should be prefixed with an x and have meningfull name.
