penny auction script software

We need a penny auction script that can do all the functions of the swoopo clone script we have but we need more functions added, we also need to make sure that the script is fully functional as there are some things that are not working correctly. So we need customizations and integration of features that will help us to invite a friend with the push of a button, built into the user members area. We are happy with the functions of this script but somethings we are not happy with. We would like to be able to easily customize certain parts of the website such as a faq page in which we can easily type in a question in one box, and type in the answer in one box and it goes straight onto the live site. I was told that the person who could help me with this must have hands on experience with "php cake" framework, javascript, mysql and AJAX. Whoever can make this script/software will give us 100% rights to the software and we can put our name on it and do whatever we want with it. ## Deliverables I would like someone to either customize this script for me that i have or create one very similar with more features, my site is [login to view URL] if you care to take a look at the site. There are functions that i want improved, also want to add different features such as a tell a friend integration, also with the ability to easily customize the design should i desire to change it from within the admin area. The admin area needs to have a lot more functions to it I would also like to be alerted every time i have a new user generated by sending me an email. Another thing i would like is the ability to easily invite people from within the user member area by filling in a name and email and pressing send. so like a tell a friend script within the member area. I would also like the ability to customize each auction's price increase, so if i want one auction to increase per penny vs, one auction to increase by 5 cents, i would like each auction the ability to do that. I would also like the ability to customize what size the picture of each auction will show on the front page as it is small now and i actually want the size bigger, so if i can easily edit that in my admin area i will want that feature. I would also like every single user to be added automatically to the newsletter feature so every time i send out a newsletter it sends to everyone who is signed up. right now it gives the user an option to sign up. or at least make it so i can send out an email to every user with the push of a button. I would like the feature of being able to import contacts from gmail, twitter, youtube, hotmail, aol and send out an invitation to friends, a good example of this is [login to view URL] if you can install this into the script so the users can bring people to my site i will like this as well. The message should be customized with the affiliate link of each user. There already is an affiliate or referral link built into this script that I am using. Another feature I would like is integration with twitter, every time someone wins an item, if it could automatically post to our twitter page that would be great as well. So twitter integration. Another thing that would be nice is if we could limit how many people are able to bid on one particular auction as an added feature as to say i don't want to have 100 people bidding on it, only say about 10 could, as an optional feature, if this is possible. thankyou for your help.
