PHP Bar Code Function
$30-100 USD

I need a PHP bar Code function that takes? 2 parameters ($id,$item) and generates a page of 30 'Code 39-style' bar codes formatted for the Avery 5160 label template.
The function will open a new browser window displaying the page of 30 bar codes. The user clicks the browser's Print button and prints the page to their printer containing the Avery labels.
The page must be formatted to fit the Avery template. I have attached a PDF showing a page of blank labels that you can use to test your formatting. I have also attached a text file providing the exact dimensions of the template.
Each label must be placed precisely within the printable area so that all 30 labels appear on one page and are properly spaced and formatted.
The output of the label will be:
top line - Product Name ($item)
second line -> bar code image generated from $id
bottom line - product # in plain text ($id)
Please adjust the line spacing between each line so all 3 lines are vertically centered evenly on the page on the page. The? data should also be horizontally centered on each label.?
You do not have to reinvent the wheel here. There are plenty of free bar code routines available online that print Code 39 labels. Check? [url removed, login to view] and PhPClasses.org. You are free to use any of them as your code base and then make the modifications needed to create something that I can call as a function.
If you Do plan to use 3rd party code as your base, please show me the link to the code so I can approve it before you start.
Required Deliverables:
PHP function as described above.
100% compatability with Avery 5160 templates
Properly formatted page of 30 Code 39 labels as described above
All source code

I've located a php script that handles the label formatting and creating the 30 labels. The script is designed to print address labels for the 5160. With some slight modification the address array could be changed to support the barcode image instead. Take a look and see if it helps you. [url removed, login to view]
