PHP Draft Application

I just need the functionality. ************* Hello, I am looking to get a php script created that connects to a Mysql DB. This is for the NFL draft and competition between friends. What I would like..... Admin portion: 1. Must use authentication 2. I would like the ability to input all the names of the people entering? the? ? draft. It should have a spot for me to also enter users 40 times, bench press, ect ect ect. 3. The ability to see everyone who registers and there draft (each registraton can only have one draft) and the ability to delete and edit the users draft boards. 4. Once the draft is here, I need to be able to add the order the players are drafted in and it must show how many picks they have right. IE. If Tedd Gin Jr is drafted first and the user has picked? Tedd Gin Jr to be the first drafted it will show 1 out of 200 (or however many players I enter in). There must be a ranking page that will show who has choosen the most correct picks and there rank compaired to everyone else. User portion: 1. User registration that gives the user a login. 2. Fully editable... ect ect ect.
