I require a customization to phpScheduleIT to allow the booking of specific equipment. It also requires the following: - CSV export function to Quickbooks (straight forward csv formatting)
- CSV import function to read a compare an imported CSV file against what's been booked through the system.?
- A new graphical layout to match Google Calendar

A breakdown of the PDF:
The Users Information section of the PDF would relate to the new user signup pages in the system.
The Financial Administrator section of the PDF relates to the new user signup pages that are presented after the user completes the fields in Users Information section.
Automated emails are those emails which the system sends out when a user signs up to the system, when they make a booking, when they change a booking or when they delete a reservation. The system also needs to send an email 36 hours before a sorter is used, the email would go to the system administrator so that they can make preparations for the booking.
The booking categories are those specific machines or systems that are available to be able to be booked.
I am working on a tight timeline with this project, I require a full working beta, without export or import functionality with a week and the remaining functionality within two weeks of the initial start date. I understand these constraints of this timeline and will compensate accordingly.
