Recent Photos on Profile Page

I have a phpbb 2, that has smartor photo gallery installed. I want to show the latest photos of a users photo gallery, on the users profile page.
Heres What I need
1. show the last 2 photos uploaded, on users profile.
* show photo title; must be cut off if it exceeds 25 characters. Put "..." at the end if it does.
* link the photo title to the photo
* show thumbnail of photo
2. show 2 random photos (out of all photos uploaded by the user) on the users profile.
* show photo title; must be cut off if it exceeds 25 characters. Put "..." at the end if it does.
