The schedule should show the current week and the next two weeks, from Monday to Sunday. Each day should have 5 slots for referees, grouped vertically two, two, and one. Each slot should display the chosen referee. See [[url removed, login to view]] to get an idea (times will NOT be displayed). If a referee was changed or added within the last 48 hours, then the slot should display with a yellow background. The top of the page should include our logo next to an I-frame using <iframe src="[url removed, login to view]" width="100%" scrolling="auto" frameborder="0" id="ezframe"/>
Also, at Noon (Central US time) every Monday, the old week is replaced/updated with the current 3 week period. The ref selections for the new week that is added (current Week 3) should mirror the ref selections for the current week (by default, the background is white, not yellow). Each day is a column with a row each for Date, two refs, two refs, then one ref. To the right of the day columns should be a column that says “Night?? for the first two rown, “Afternoon?? for the next 2 rows, and “3v 3?? for the last row of refs. There should be a login box for username and password.

Referees can log in and view the schedule, but can also enter info into several fields: Picture (uploaded), Phone Number (text field), Email (text field), and Scheduling Notes (text field). The schedule for referees also has a drop-down box under each day that gives them the option of selecting Not Available This Day or Not Available These Days or the default Available. For all the days a referee is not available, then an Admin or Manager can not schedule the ref for that day (that referee is not included in the drop-down options for that day). When a ref chooses Not Available These Days, then that ref is never an option on Monday or whatever day it is that he's never available. Only a referee can make himself available by un-selecting Not Available These Days. A referee can not make himself unavailable within 24 hours of any day.
Managers can log in and edit the referee schedule for any day in which they have access to. Managers can also see the grid of Referee accounts with Picture, Username, Phone Number, Email, and Scheduling Notes.
*Any changes to a referee scheduled should be displayed with a yellow background for 48 hours.
*The names of the referees displayed on the schedule should be their username.
