rss submitter for Joomla 1.5 (1563313)

I would like to have a model for Joomla that will take ALL the rss feeds on the site/rss i choose that put there and submit them to the biggest rss sites. There should be an option of adding rss sites (If neccesery then with user name and password fields) There should be an option of schedueling the submitions(per hours) or send now. 1. you need to know what rss is and what rss sites are all about 2. you need to know HOW one submits rss feeds on those sites, what's the url to submit,the place to put user name, password, some sites have captcha and the success url. [login to view URL] best example i have is the "web-traffic-genius-pro" plugin for wordpress. This is excatly what i want on Joomla. i will try to atach it here, so if you could download it and install it on a wordpress blog to see what it can do and all the features, i would know that you knwo what i want....exactly. If you understood all i added here, know what i am talking about, tried the plugin i have attached.. let me know and we could take it from there.
