Hi, i need a developper to build a “task executer?? addon for Zoho CRM.
I’ve configure my zoho account with the workflow rules (WFR) and workflow tasks (WFT).
Workflows are manages around lead and contact status changes and tasks are automated based on those changes and the WFR I’ve set up.
What I want now is to automate the completion of the scheduled tasks.
Tasks are standardized:
I’ve to send specifics message with predefined structure and variables like lead fist name, etc.
What will it do ?**
• The addon will logon to my zoho account every 12 hours and import all the “todays and overdue?? tasks and some lead/contact fields I may need to complete the tasks, and especially those it needs to get variables so, it can compose messages.
• The addon will then use the api of some external services (emailing software, etc.) to complete the task It has import on the previous step at the defined due date (ex: send “email4?? on 04/12/2009)
• The addon will finally log on to my zoho account to update lead/contact status according to a rule I will set in the addon.
To achieve this, **the addon must have following screens**
• Scheduled task and their due date
• Set up screen to allow admin to set up how things are done. Eg :
• How to update lead status field after completing a given task.
• How to associate task names will what action the addon must actually perform
