vBulletin - Add Extra Page in the Registration Process

I need a programmer's help to add a page in between my personal website(vbulletin)'s registration process, and integrate a script on that page while maintaining website flow & layout.

at the moment how it works is:

user registration => registration completion page (with note to verify email address)

what needs to be done is:

user registration => [extra page, integrate iframe, include skip option] => registration completion page (with note to verify email address)

extra:

* add words 'Step 1/3' into the 1st registration page's table, and 'Step 2/3' to the same place on the additional page.

* position skip button at the bottom right corner of the page, so users can choose to skip the additional page
