Very Strong Mathematical/Statistical Compression Algorithm

We are looking to build a competitor product to iNOSSO,

which you can read more about here:

We suspect iNOSSO uses some very slow compression algorithm (takes 2

to 4 weeks to compress based on the FAQs on their site), but with very

quick decompression speeds, comparable to most typical file

compression utilities. You can see iNOSSO in action by taking a look

at the Adobe Reader 9.2 free download. In our detailed research with

the latest Adobe Reader 9.2 setup files, we have determined that the

iNOSSO compressed package size is 26.1 MB. When this package is

extracted, the extracted files are 108 MB. Compressing these extracted

files with an off-the-shelf compressor like 7zip (chosen because it is

better than RAR) produces a file which is 30.6 MB. Therefore it makes

sense to conclude that iNOSSO is using some kind of

mathematical/statistical compression algorithm which is very slow for

compression, but still has very fast decompression speeds. UHARC is an

example of such an algorithm. We are looking for you to provide us

with such an algorithm which can compress equal to or better than

iNOSSO. Therefore, provide us with the source codes of an algorithm

that has equal, if not more compression strength than iNOSSO. Your

algorithm is allowed to take a very long time to execute, but it

should have very quick extraction times, comparable to archives like
