Web solution for micro lender

I am the owner of? a South African micro lending company offering loans to the public for more than 10 years.? In order to stay competitive I have decided to restructure? my business and my aim is to become South Africa's first online lender.? We also want to become the first micro lender to offer clients a loyalty/rewards program.?

I am looking for a developer? to help me with? the following:

·? ? ? ? Design and develop the online/email-based loan application procedures

·? ? ? ? Design and develop a data driven and functional website

·? ? ? ? Re-develop our existing client management solution (MSAccess) to be web based

·? ? ? ? The client management solution needs to integrate with various service providers and our accounting package

·? ? ? ? Design and develop an online document management solution

·? ? ? ? Design and develop telephony solutions

As this is a new project we require a well-experienced candidate with exposure to all aspects off the development cycle.? ? The successful candidate will have the privilege to choose the platform/technologies for the project.
