Zen Cart custom Header graphic

we are working on a new zen cart site and would like some assistance with a custom header. Basically the way it is now is ? the attached graphic. What we'd like is to have roll over effects on the? Shop Create and Participate.? Meaning when you put your mouse over Create, it changes color and has a link to another page. Same with Participate.? Because this header is only in our Zen Cart or (SHOP) we only need the "tabs" to have the roll over effect and links for Create and Participate. I know this is do able but don't have time to figure it out myself. thanks so much! Leslie
