Small edits to Magento websites

Hi, I'm looking for a programmer that is experienced with Magento and is willing to work on editing page layouts, installing plugins, add CMS pages (based on a PSD file that I provide), customizing features, Etc. Will also need to do research if certain features are available as a plugin etc. May also be asked to import product files and edit/add attributes in the backend, and setup the configurations etc. I will provide the work as an email (sometime forwarded from my clients directly to you), and I may also give you instructions by emailing a screencast. I will expect you to do the requested changes in a reasonable amount of time. If it's a small thing, it should be done within the same or next business day. If it's a bigger project, it should be done within a week. I will not force an unrealistic time-frame on you, but if you give me a timeframe, I will expect you to stick to it. I need someone that really cares about the projects, and only comes back to me when it's bug-free on IE7-8 Chrome and FF. If you know Magento well, and have some extra time on your hands, this project is for you. Please provide me with sample projects that you did before on magento.
