30516 Create downloadable Zip Folder

I have created a website where people can come and build a full ecommerce website online via a membership. Template files are created by me and uploaded onto the site for them to add text, links, banners, etc. All of this information is stored in a database. They can create an unlimited amount of pages. Many tables make up this database. CSS is controlled via the db as well as what their banner and logo are and the main content of the page. I need someone to create a script that will collect all the files for a particular user whent they are ready to download their site, ie. when they click download site. This includes creating html files from the information in the database, gathering all their images stored in the server and putting them into a nice neat zip folder for them to download. I need someone who can make sure that all the pages that are automatically created, are set up correctly where image sources and link sources are set appropriately (fed from the db). In addition to these files, a default PHP folder must be added to the zip folder. These php files are standard (no need to edit) except for one config file which will get all the info for all of the PHP files from the db. So what i am saying is that you will have to package this folder in with the zip folder and make sure the [url removed, login to view] has the right data from the db for that user. It would be nice if someone could also come up a solution for downloading just a single page if a user ever wanted to download just one page and not the whole site. I know users will be editing their pages in the future and probably wont want to download a massive zip folder each time they make a change to just one page. So this is a feature that will use the same concept as above, except for just one file. I would like all files to have a .htm/.html file extension. This script will need to be programmed in PHP. I dont know if it can be programmed in javascript or not, but i would prefer it if it wasnt. FULL PAYMENT UPON COMPLETION OF PROJECT.
