207827 Gumtree ad poster

I am looking for someone who can write a clean / simple autoposter program for gumtree.com. Gumtree is a site similar to craig's list The idea is for the program to simplify the process of creating ads on the site, an independent program that will remember certain fields and automatically fill them in, followed by auto posting them onto selected gumtree categories and sites all over the world (select cities=yes / select categories=yes) Currently there are a few existing products on the market already such as www.ezgumtreeposter.com. Please take a look at their product - the demo is here: [login to view URL] The program is for MY OWN ADVERTS and the program will NOT BE RESOLD. A certain amount of research into gumtree is required but it's simple enough. Ideally there can be a database (like ebay's turbolister) Gumtree has an re-post function by entering the item number one can repost the ads. I would like to implement this function automatically into the program so that after 'x' minutes or hours or days as defined by the user, the ad would be reposted. I want this to be a very USER FRIENDLY AND SIMPLE DESIGN but also functionality bonus to include proxy addon. There is NO IMAGE VERIFICATION or anything (NO CAPTCHA!). There are 2 ways to do this as a standalone program (working from a PC) or the other way is from a SERVER (that would be better) :) (PHP and SQL would be nice so that I can implement it as a website)...
