My budget for this is around $10. I am building a membership site on a wordpress blog. In my membership site, I give my members a product every week. I also want my members to be able to request products from me via a form. So my members should be able to submit a request. To make a request, they need to fill out a short form which asks them, their "name" and the product they wish to request. They are allowed to request only one product every week. So this means that if they try to submit more than one, within 7 days, it wont allow them. So this also means that the script will check the membership status and when they last submitted a request. In other words, you have to delve into the membership script and tie it in with that. Then on the backend, I will have a table with a list of requests along with who submitted them and the date etc... I will be able to sort by any of the fields. and I should be able to separate the view to the last 7 days or month etc... If you can work on my site and finish this within 24 hours, get in touch.
