I need a max script function that does the following:
I have an object in a scene that is selected and then exported as .3DS file like so:
filename = filename_basic + export_as
exportFile filename #noPrompt selectedOnly:True
This object has multiple texture channels. This function only supports one texture channel.
I need a function that replaces the above code with a loop which will select the first channel, then export it, then select the second channel and export the object again, only this time with the second texture coordinate channel, and so on for a variable number of texture channels.
For every time the object is exported with another texture channel, the filename should be modified by simply appending a postfix like "_t1", "_t2" or so to the filename.
