We are in need of a web script following that does the following: 1. A user comes to our site and registers for an offer that they are interested in. This registration will consists of: - name, address, email, mobile phone #. 2. We will then present them with a survey related to other offers / information of interest. Example, would you like to receive free samples of dish soap? This survey will consists of 5 to 7 questions like this. At the end of the survey, we will then present the offers / information they requested information on and these forms will be pre-filled with the registration information just provided. Using the example of above the user clicked they wanted more information on dish soap so the next page they would see would be on the dish soap offer with all of the information filled out from their registration form in step one. All the end user will have to do is either press enter or fill out any additional information. PLEASE NOTE - we do not own the landing page / creative that the additional offers that will be filled out. And we do not want them leaving our site, so these additional offers will have to be presented in something like and iframe. At the end of each offer registration - the next offer they indicated they wanted information on will then be presented. We need the ability to be able to modify the survey and related offers as needed. Please note II - we will not pay for non-working solutions as described. If you need any clarification on any points please ask.
