Inside the Administration section, there are 7 “headings.?? They start with “Dashboard?? and end with “Modules.?? Lets add one more heading and call it ??" "Updates" ??" Put it beside “Modules?? Under this we will put all of the changes we are making. We will add 3 new buttons under "updates." 5. Open up a “Mysql database.?? Put in here all of the customer sigh-up forms after the customer submits them. Make it possible to “search?? and “Change?? anything in the database.? This is the Form at the bottom of the Web Site? Front Page. (Add a statement that says “Are you sure you want to make these changes to this Form) This will make sure that he Administrator will not accidentially make a change and save the form. Add one button under ??" Updates ??" that says “Maybe Customers.?? These customers just submitted their Forms. Make it possible for the Administrator to push this button and get the “Mysql Database?? that has the “New Customers?? that just “Signed Up.?? Push the button a second time and the “Customer Sigh-Up Forms?? will “go away.?? The Administrator will examine the new “Sign-up?? forms every day. He will check out the new Customers by sending an e-mail to their Pastor. If he gets a positive reply from the Pastor, then he will send the “Sign up?? Form to a second MySql database. I assume you know how we can do this??? This second database are people who are Accepted to enter the Web Site and they are our Permanent Customers. This second database will also have a button and we will call it “Customers.?? This makes 2 buttons under “Updates.?? We must also have the “search?? and “change?? capability. We also want to add a new space where the Administrator can make any “special comments?? concerning this customer. We need enough room for at least 50 words. For example, the Administrator may add the comment, --- This person has offered to help bring in some more Customers. --- We must be able to “Search?? this database for anything, even single words, such as the word “offered?? above. We may want to “look up?? everyone who has “offered?? to help bring in more Customers. Open a third “Mysql?? database. Put in here an entry every time someone sighs into the web site. Track all “Sign-ins?? giving the Username, and time of sigh-in. If possible, give us the IP of the computer that the customer is using. Put a third Button under ??" Updates ??" to “activate?? this function and to turn it off. Call this button “Sign In Data?? The Administrator must be able to search and Browse through this Data Base. The Adminisratro must also have the ability to “erase?? any part of this database. Maybe he wants to “erase?? the oldest 50% to keep down the size of the database.
