Simple weather site scraping weather info from other site

Hello

I would like a website similar to [url removed, login to view] which I believe just takes data from Environment Canada website, and displays it on the site.

I would like something similar to that. A simple website that loads data from whatever source, and automatically updates itself.

I can design the layout, or I can pay if you can create a nice looking layout.
