I am looking for a web based database driven system. I will provide the interface template so no interface has to be designed. This system will work like lendingtree.com. I must be able to create multiple tabs with different type of submission options. Users will go to the site and choose the appropriate tab of the type of loan that they are requesting. Then they must be able to start the application process. the application must be SSL. I should be able to specify the data collection fields on each type of form. So basically there will be a form creator that I will use to make each type of form for the user. The user must be able to login and see their "requests" There will be a banker login. The banker will be able to see financial requests that the user submits. Once the user submits the request the bankers that are set to receive the forms will be able to view the requests online. They must be able to communicate with the user back and forth. This is the basic scope of the application I have some more details that I will provide later during development.
