Wordpress Savvy, cPanel, Php genius's programmer, to create a script\plugin

Hi I have more than 100 domains. I control them from WHM and they all have cPanel. On each one of this domain there are subdomains that has a wordpress installed there as well. So I have hundreds of wordpress installations. I would like you to develop a script\plugin that will do the follow: 1. I want to be able to update this wordpress sites without having the need to log in to them and enter the wordpress dashboard. 2. The script should be able to update all the plugins as well. 3. You need to know that I don't have the credentials to the wordpress dashboard but only to the cPanel. 4. I don't mind to install your script/pluging once (only once) on my server. 5. You will need to create an easy interface that is encrypted and has an ssl encryption on one of my secured websites. Or You can develop it as a desktop application. 6. Your script has to have the option to upload the table with all the cPanel credentials of all this site (csv) so it can make this update automatically. 7. The script has to create reports and log files for every action. 8. The script should not stop working if a website is not responding for some reason but to finish the job and then show the log file of the un successes updates. 9.
