914 Xcart Template CSS Integration

Hi i am looking for someone to take my PNG designs, and to do all the work necessary to integrate these designs into Xcart 4.0.18. I may require a few optimizations as the design is being upgraded. You must have experience working with the smarty php template system, and must speak clear good english. I will be requiring top notch optimization, so you will need to know how to make images as small as possible before uploading them. Payment Will be given after design is almost integrated. I have been ripped off in the past, and shall not be ripped off again. So if you area fraud, i'd prefer if you don't even bother. Please keep in mind that you will have to know css greatly to do this project, as tables html is outdated. Designs come after i pick the right bidder. I look forward to working with you.
