Debug My Classified Ad Website

I need my clients classified ad website fixed:

The Problem: Members are supposed to be able to post 7 day ads for free after they sign up and get their confirmation email. But when they return to the website to post free ads the website is saying they do not have any credits to post ads.
I need this fixed and any other bugs you may find. Please try out the signup and you will see what I mean.
I will release escrow payment when the website is tested and working correctly.
