Adaptation my own social network to my expectations

I bought ready script for social network from [login to view URL] Now we need to adapt it to our expectations: 1. We need possibility to search by sex, age, ethnicy, hair and eyes colour, height 2. On the home page should be possibility to choose: show me only man / woman picture 3. Browse: most voted, less voted, new pics, new users, top rated, less rated, random, proffesional pics, amateur pics 4. Every user can add 3 pics and for each of them people can vote (they must be register to vote). Every next pic will cost 0,79 euro 5. Premium accounts can add how many pics they want but only for 10 people can vote. Premium account will cost 5 euro per month 6. Picture must collect at least 1000 votes to win. 7. During uploading pic they must declare that: they are on the picture they have 100% right to this picture they have over 18 [login to view URL] amateur or proffesional pic 8. Possibility add tags to pics For professional picture: who made pic (they can add name of photographer, his website ect and more info about pic.) 9. And we need add possibility to pay. PayPal nad credit card will be enought i guess.
