add tier pricing attribute under custom options in magento

In magento they offer tier pricing for products. What I need is tier pricing in the "custom options" portion of magento. Example: T-shirts- base price $15, qty 12-$13, qty 25-$11, and so on. This part works fine with with tier pricing and using magento plugin (TIERED PRICING ACROSS MULTIPLE PRODUCTS) to combine discount among different products. However when in the T-shirts order page there are "custom options". Example: T-Shirt Size (small, medium, large), T-shirt Color (red, black, white), Print Location (front+$0, back+$0, sleeve+$0, front and back+$5, front and sleeve+5, front and back and sleeve+$9), How many print colors per location( 1+$0, 2+$2, 3+$4). T-shirt options size and color have fixed prices per qty ordered, however what I am looking for is when ordering options that have additional charges I would like them to have a price break on the qty ordered. Example: Base price 11 or under: Print Location (front+$0, back+$0, sleeve+$0, front and back+$5, front and sleeve+5, front and back and sleeve+$9), How many print colors per location( 1+$0, 2+$2, 3+$4). 12-24:Print Location (front+$0, back+$0, sleeve+$0, front and back+$4, front and sleeve+4, front and back and sleeve+$7), How many print colors per location( 1+$0, 2+$1.75, 3+$3.50). And so on getting a larger "custom option" price break on higher qty. Basically applying tier pricing to the custom options fixed price. Honestly I could probably use a whole custom coding to do this the right way, however adding tier pricing to custom options in magento would be the quickest fix. Please let me know. Thanks.
