Adobe Air app that allows you to browse data that's in remote MySQL

I want to develop a software that would allow user to browse the data from MySQL tables that are in remote server. Server would be mine, and I would enter all the data. This would be sort of a public "contacts book". This app will be used for business owners who are looking for online advertising. Data will contain data of online advertisers, like name, email, facebook, website etc. The software should have an ability to "log in with Facebook", so you can add personal comments for each online advertiser, rate them, group them or assign tags. I have a GUI that I want to use, it's designed in Adobe Photoshop. I can supply all elements separately or I can give you PSD file. The entire layout and features have been planned, so there are no guesswork. I just assume that MySQL would be a good option to store the data, if you have suggestions for other databases, I'm welcome for suggestions! I am attaching a layout of the software
