Automation of content editing task

Hello Coders,
I need a script / program which will edit news content. The program will reword / rewrite or reformulate news content in order to avoid duplicate content submission as per google's policies. Since there is a large amount of content to be edited and more content is being added up on daily basis, I simply don't have time, money or resources to do it manually. Therefore I want this process automated. We don't need to completely change the content, we just need to change it enough so that google won't consider it duplicate. And this process must be automated. The script / program can be developed in any language / code as long as it does the task.
