I am looking for a freelancer with extensive experience designing and implementing online workflow managment tools. This project requires building 10 separate processes and linking them together into one seamless workflow (processes and how they link will be provided).
I manage projects that require several employees and clients to complete tasks before the project is complete. I would rather use a free tool, but can create a small budget for a good tool that can accommodate all of the requirements. This workflow management tool needs to be able to do the following:
- Integrate the workflow for managing a specific type of project (I have this in a flow chart)
- Send notifications to employees and clients when a task is required from them
- Send notifications to me to let me know when employees have completed a task.
- Have built in timers and notifications to let them know how much time they have remaining to complete tasks
- Must be able to send documents for review and submission
- Have an admin console that allows me (and possibly my clients) to see what tasks we are on in each project
- Have a console for my employees to see all of their tasks and when they are due
- Host files that we create for our clients, so clients can access/download (so they aren't delivered by email)
- Send notifications to clients letting them know when a task is completed
- Web based and accessible from anywhere
- Build into my website
