I need to create standard letters, based on templates, which must be tailored for each case. Some paragarphs are the same in all cases, some paragarphs are not applicable and in some cases a choice of alternative wording is required.
A full template exists but manually editing it every time takes ages.
Could a database be built to create documents following selection of options for relevant paragraphs?
For example an Engagement letter: customer may wish to have service one, service two or none. Select which and the document is created with relevant paragraph correctly numbered.
Ideas and cost estimates would be appreciated.
