Excel Document to Software

I require you to turn a excel document into a working software/program that will work/function the same as the excel document. For this job you will need to understand Excel formulas as you will have to recreate these into the software for it to work the same as the excel document. The excel document has less then 15 tabs, so is not large and not too complex with simple formulas (not for a excel beginner). You will need to also make the software look good and design it to a modern style so it presents well. After the software has been made, I will test it for bugs and if needed you will make final changes (and then be paid the balance for the project) I will need to see software/programs you have created and you will need to prove you have created them in order to win this project. *You must be flexible as some things may change with the plan/design/all other things pertaining to this project, if anything changes then you will be paid according to the changes in addition to the agreed amount for this project. The final product should be a .exe (or similar) file so the software can be installed on any computer. Bid your best price, if your quality is very high then I may be willing to pay more. The excel document will only be provided to the winner of this project.
