Fix Ecommerce price calculation and add paypal payments to database

Artist music sales website should have the same price per song for every artist. But for some reason these 2 artists have different prices per song. Need to find out why and fix it. The price per song is calculated by adding up all sales for the month and dividing by the number of song downloads per month. Again, this should be the same for all artists but it seems to be different for these 2 artists. The second aspect of this project is to add a few one time payments to the database calculation of price per song. Also need every future one time payment to be added to the database and included in the price per song calculation.
