This is for a web site where certain users will be submitting snowmobile trail condition reports for their area. I will enter these users manually as they are approved by my client.
At that point, they need to be able to log in to WordPress and be presented with form fields to fill out that I've predetermined. I don't want them to have access to any other area of the site. When they submit the form, that information should be displayed on their particular page for all site visitors to see. After that, they should be able to go back in on a regular basis and update the info in the form fields.
I already have TDO Mini Forms installed and activated, but I am having trouble getting the form to display as well as the results. You can see an example of how it should look (generally) at [url removed, login to view] I have entered the info there directly in the WordPress post box just to give an idea how it should look (ignore the weather sticker and business photo). I do not want to simply give the user access to the page alone and expect them to edit the text in the post box. They need a form to fill out, hence TDO. If you know of a plugin or solution that is better for this purpose, I am flexible.
You also need to document the steps you took and the options you chose so I can duplicate this on another site of mine.
