Hi ft52, I have accomplished similar functionality using Excel VBA on two projects within the past three months. Just to give you an idea of the solution : It will have an Excel VBA based file with user friendly GUI. - Input selection for csv file by clicking button - Input selection for Word template by clicking button - Click on 'Process' button to generate pdf + word based invoice(s) - Shall provide the option to generate invoices for all the records in the csv file Let me know and I can provide samples of previous work where output word/pdf files have been generated. In aleady have done something you need...Its not web based...Its Excel VBA macro based and PDF can be generating using word documents as a template through programming.....I have ready sample to show you......I can attach a sample with this message.....But I will be able to send you after your first message...Please message me , so I can show you a sample and we can further discuss the project.....Thanks
