Looking at hiring a programmer to work with me (Also a PHP/MYSQL programmer) on an hourly rate (would work out better for you as well) to help write incredibly complex banking software. The project will consist mainly of writing the back end processing and interfacing technology with me.
The server is to be written in Couchbase/Node.JS which will be interfaced through an API. This is part A of the project.
Part B is to write a PHP-based interface in order to give to our front-end team.
This project requires incredible security knowledge and will require an NDA to be signed.
NDA /must/ be signed before any further information can be provided.
