phpBB Mod needed urgently

I have a site that uses a log in system. It's a custom log in system. I have a phpBB forum, and what I want to do is make a custom mod on my phpBB forum that allows users to submit the log in info from my log in system, and connect their accounts.

When a user registers on the phpBB forum, they are unverified and unable to post in certain forums. However once they type in their information from my site on to this mod, and the information is valid, they are put inside the verified group and can post. I would also like to use some information from my log in system database onto the forum itself.

I.e.: the user types in their username, password, and auth key and if all 3 match, then the account is connected. The user on my site can never change their username, or their auth key, so no need to worry about that.

It's a fast job and I would do it myself but I'm in meetings all week, so I need someone who is familiar with phpBB. Please do not post if you are not familar with phpBB.
